Shrink is not a 6 week plan it’s 6 weeks blocks (1-6..7-12..13-18..19-24) …then shrink blast another eating and exercise plan for a further 8 weeks… Shrink is here for as long as you
need us.

If you stick to the plan 100% you will get 100% results.
Absolutely! Your children will need to be given more carbohydrates but that’s as simple as adding a few potatoes and bread to their diet. Shrink is healthy and your entire family will love it.
Clean eating seems to cost more than eating junk food. The first week of your plan will be the most expensive as you will buy cupboard items ( you will use these throughout the plan). You can buy frozen fruit and veg to stop wastage. There is great offers in local butchers for meat and it’s good to shop around.

I work alongside doctors not against them. In cases like this I will need your drs permission and if they grant it then I will happily take you under my wing whilst keeping in touch with your doctor along the way.

Before any plans are given you are all individually health screened. Medication like thyroxine,warfarin and statins alongside blood pressure medication are all taken into consideration and your plans will be slightly altered to allow you to partake in the plan.

Yes but this is not included in your daily requirement of 2 litres per day, be careful not to over indulge with milk
Use “Stevia” as a replacement for sugar in your tea and coffee
